Melbourne Star Visit for Diploma of Tourism Students

The Melbourne Star is a must-see tourism experience located in the Docklands providing a 360-degree birds eye view of Melbourne and its surrounding suburbs especially out west across the bay down to the You Yangs.
The Diploma of Tourism & Travel Management were given the opportunity to talk to the Marketing Manager about how the Melbourne Star uses marketing to attract local, interstate and overseas visitors to this iconic Melbourne destination. The opportunity enables our Tourism students to understand the theory learnt in class and to ask questions to the Marketing Manager broadening their knowledge of marketing strategies of tourism.
