Our stage two tourism students were hosted in Week4 by the HR department of Stamford plaza Hotel & then in week 5 by Customer service manager at Melbourne Sea life aquarium to gain insights into quality customer service practices and insights into product through room inspections and a guided tour of the Aquarium .
